Cancellation Policy
| Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a $47.00 fee. | ||
| The first failed appointment will result in the appropriate fee. | The second failed appointment, within a 6 month period, will result in the appropriate fee and an $92.00 deposit prior to re-scheduling an appointment. | The third failed appointment will result in the appropriate fee and an $92.00 deposit prior to re-scheduling an appointment. Additional appointments will be charged an $92.00 deposit for a period of 1 year from the last failed appointment. |
Should you fail to arrive for an additional appointment within the 6 month period your deposit is forfeit and the client relationship may be terminated.
Technician visits:
Technician visits will incur a $20 fee when cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Late Arrival to Appointment:
Upon arriving 10 minutes late to a scheduled appointment there will be a $47.00 late fee.
Arriving 15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment will result in a $47.00 late fee and require rescheduling the appointment.
